You help our valuable driving school customers to be more independent – and ultimately you allow many young people a bit more freedom: your own driving licence. Your work focuses on all administrative processes around the range of services for our corporate customers (travel schools). You work closely with the specialist management for customer management. You evaluate business economic evaluations (BWA), analyze financial indicators such as profitability or liquidity and advise customers. In consultation with your team, you coordinate the payment to our corporate customers and carry out the corresponding bookings. You contribute decisively to the successful on-boarding of our new company customers. Furthermore, you are an important contact for our company customers in all questions, topics and problems. In addition, you support the sales outside service in the internal processing of potential new company customers. You are also responsible for our CRM system (Customer Relationship Management System). In close cooperation with the management, you will start evaluations and statistics with the help of our CRM system.

You have completed a commercial training (bank purchaser, tax specialist, wholesale and foreign trade management, etc.) or an economically shaped study, and you have gained practical experience from the described field of work. You enjoy people and numbers and you like to work in the team. You are characterized by a self-sponsible, careful way of working and think customer- and service-oriented. In addition to positive radiation, you convince by your friendliness, a quick understanding and a targeted and reliable way of working.
