Patent Paralegal Annual Fees Division (m/f/d)

In this function to be occupied in our annual fee department, you are co- and foreseeable: together with your team colleagues, you support our patents and lawyers in correspondence with clients, offices, authorities and foreign colleagues. You keep an overview of important dates and deadlines and are responsible for the payment of annual and renewal fees worldwide. The further development and optimization of internal processes as well as their adaptation to changing legal requirements in Germany and abroad are also part of your diverse tasks.

For these responsible activities, we can introduce professional starters with a successful training for the patent attorney specialist as well as professional starters in a comparable function as a specialist secretary in a patent attorney's law firm. You can easily communicate with your language skills either verbally or in writing in German and English.

You are characterized by precision and accuracy. You could preferably work with the PatOrg program and gain experience in paying the annual fees and their time limit monitoring. Professionalism and a high demand for your work characterizes your personality.
