Operations Lead (m/f/d)

Key job responsibilities

• Measuring and monitoring of working flows, tracking performance at the site and providing important layer information to the layer/area managers: in operation to ensure cross-layer operational excellence
• support and training of employees to provide these great services and to supervise their daily tasks
• Support of the layer/area manager:in projects for process improvement, promotion of a safe working environment and increase of employee engagement
• Collaboration with other departments to find solutions for frequent problems or meet needs in key performance areas
• Use of data analysis to find ways to optimize security, quality and productivity

Basic qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of German in word and writing.
• Experience in working with data analysis and their application for problem detection
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment Preferred qualifications
• experience in stakeholder management, including building and maintaining professional relationships
• experience in working in a business environment, for example in logistics, retail, hospitality or customer service
• Advanced English skills

A day in the life As Operations Lead, you work at one of our operating locations. You support your:n layer/range manager:in performing the layer plan. You help prepare layer meetings with your team and monitor procedures and procedures. This ensures that security rules, quality assurance processes and the priorities for the day are followed. Problems you notice are escalating to your:n Manager:in. Occasionally, you yourself as a shift manager:in and provide your employees with the necessary instructions to do their tasks. If necessary, you can support your:n layer/area manager:in stratification and ensure that there are enough team members at peak times.

The CF team members ensure that our customers receive their orders at the speed we are known for. We work in filling centers that form the heart of Amazon's dynamic operating network. Our full-filment centers are sometimes also referred to as the “first mile” (First Mile) – here most Amazon packages start their shipping route. We support the management of a dynamic stock and enable quick delivery around the clock. A wide range of staff groups are employed in our filling centres.
