Framework conditions: Location: Hannover, Hahne Pflegedienst | Nordstadt. Hours: part-time with 25 to 35 hours per week. Date of entry: 01.06.2026. Working hours: Uses in early and late services and weekends. The exact service hours are adjusted in the monthly schedule. Holiday: 35 days at a 6-day week. In the case of a weekly working time of 35 hours, the monthly gross salary is between €3.675.32 and €3.819.95, depending on the experience.

Your tasks: Individual care & care: Ensuring individual care of clients in the home environment. Medical care: wound care, drug management and communication with treating doctors. Documentation & Communication: Certain guidance of care and progress documentation; Contact person for relatives and reference persons. Teamwork: Close cooperation with colleagues and care teams to ensure high supply quality.

Your profile: Completed training: (m/w/d) is a prerequisite for this position. Driving licence: Class B EU driving licence required for outpatient use. Team spirit & empathy: Reliable, communicative work and appreciation of clients and colleagues. Flexibility: readiness to early and late services and weekend services.
