Implementation of maintenance orders according to recognised technical rules Tests according to professional regulations for different types of objects Ensuring operational readiness and safety of technical installations Detection of deficiencies and introduction of appropriate measures to eliminate them performing and documenting maintenance, inspection and repair work including IT-based feedback Support, instruction and control of contractors and foreign companies Preparation of technical protocols and documentation Participation in fault service Implementation of local safety and accident prevention measures Training and support of service specialists for various plants (e.g. BMA, Packstation, Building Control, MSR Technology) Creation of damage diagnoses in complex individual cases Support and introduction of new employees

Completed training as an electromechanical engineer, electrical skills according to VDE 0105, plant mechanic SHK or multi-year relevant professional experience Good knowledge of operating, electrical and building technology Experience in troubleshooting and working according to defined processes Safe handling of PC and IT systems Professional and binding appearance towards customers and foreign companies High operational readiness, loadability and quality and cost awareness Responsive, careful and independent working including your own order disposition Team skills and commitment Willingness to continue training Driving licence Class B and personal mobility
