Project Manager for Repairs (m/f/d)

Support of project management in the control and organisation of construction and repair projects over all nine phases of the HOAI Participation in the creation, testing and coordination of performance directories (LPh 6 and 7), incl. testing for GAEB conformity Implementation of the procurement strategy in coordination with project and construction management and control of the procurement processes Own-responsible cost controlling from project acquisition to economic conclusion Ensuring the correct project cost allocation according to the allocation structure plan in close coordination with internal and external project participants Preparation of project costs for financing applications in assisted housing Coordination of the performance reports of the construction sites as well as payment of internal project participants Creation of Reportings, Statistics and Risk Analysis with AVA Bechmann, SAP and Excel Self-employed creation, tracking and processing of project scheduling based on the general schedules and the framework schedule, incl. Risk assessment Participation in the creation of final documentation and the adoption of administrative tasks to support project execution

Complete university studies in architecture or civil engineering Qualified development in the field of project management Multiannual experience in the field of project and cost management of construction/implementation projects Good knowledge of scheduling and control Basic understanding of the handling of construction and repair projects, preferably in housing construction Basic knowledge of quality control and business management Funded IT skills (MS Office, MS-Project, AVA-Bechmann and SAP or other ERP systems) Economic thinking and targeted action Embossed organizational design, high flexibility and loadability Teamability, Communication Strength and Enforcement
