• Implementation of the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to define the scope of training in the national and international context and project requirements for training

• Development of the global training concept according to customer requirements based on existing standards and technologies and taking into account the support concept defined by the ILS team

• Responsibility for the implementation of the training concept from the start of preparatory activities to the implementation and follow-up of the individual training measures

• Correct integration of training activities into the overall project plan in coordination with the overall project manager

• Contact for the ILS manager, the project team and the development team for all training-related topics at project level

• Coordination of training documentation and support of technical trainers in carrying out training

• definition and follow-up of KPIs, as well as independent escalation to ILS managers and the project team as required

• Identification of cost savings potentials and synergy effects and their implementation

• Complete studies in the field of industrial engineering, communication technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable

• Including professional experience in the training environment and/or in project management

• Advanced knowledge in the analysis of workflows and business processes

• knowledge of radio technology desirable

• German and English language skills in word and writing

• High level of team capacity, communication strength, self-initiative, strong analytical skills as well as problem-solving competence and strong customer and service orientation
