At the Frankfurt location you coordinate insurance-relevant information - such as risk coverage, contract details and premium payments with our international partners, customers and brokers You are the central contact person for your own customer base With your know-how, you create local insurance policies and invoices for international insurance programs, supported by modern documentation tools Regular exchange and cooperation with colleagues in the worldwide Zurich network are part of your daily work Together with the team, you will ensure excellent customer service and continually improve our service processes You are motivated to build and develop long-term relationships with your customers

Completed commercial training, ideally as an insurance businessman/wife, or business studies Expertise and experience in the insurance-saving liability and motor (of advantage) Representative organizational institution, good time management and helpfulness High motivation to work into new and exciting tasks Joy in team cooperation and achieving common goals First professional experience in customer service, ideally with corporate customers Experience in the application of MS Office products and willingness to work into insurance-specific tools and systems Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
