Your tasks:

• Optimization of the operation of critical infrastructure including TCO analysis and compliance with current requirements from the Energy Saving and Efficiency Acts
• Development and documentation of user requirements for the design phase
• Development of concepts and planning documents for critical infrastructure
• Further development and adaptation of the operating and use concepts for supplying the technical installations of power supply, air conditioning, building control technology, MSR technology, fire protection and safety technology
• Creation of performance descriptions and cost estimates incl. Evaluation and evaluation
• Implementation and optimization of planning and commissioning of substructures and perception of construction monitoring

• Knowledge of risk assessment and risk management
