Development and design of technical installations Coordination with other structures and close cooperation with architects Control and monitoring of the construction design in the field of technical building equipment Ensuring high-quality, timely and cost-efficient implementation Management of cost and follow-up management Participation in award negotiations

Successfully completed studies or completed training as technicians Knowledge of working with planning and CAD software desirable Handling MS Office Programs Good knowledge of German in word and writing Independent, organised and responsible work Impressed communication strength and team capacity
