Facility Management & Operation Total responsibility for the operational and commercial facility management of 12 rented locations in Germany
Control of technical facility management via external service providers in close coordination with landlords
Ensure the availability, safety and functionality of all building systems
Coordination of maintenance, testing and maintenance measures
Work Safety, Health & Compliance Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements, in particular: Workplace Directives (ASR)
Labour Protection Act and DGUV regulations
Organisation and implementation of ASA missions in cooperation with our external partner (currently DEKRA)
Planning and organisation of evacuation exercises and emergency and security concepts
Coordination of occupational health studies in cooperation with HR
Preparation, monitoring and tracking of internal and external audits
Contract, Cost and Supplier Management Examination and management of rental contracts incl. Durations, options and obligations
Control and approval of rents, side cost accounting and FM-related invoices
Contract management for all building and employee-related services (e.g. technical FM, security, cleaning, postal and logistics services, coffee and office services)
Control and evaluation of external service providers including SLA‐ and KPI‐Monitoring
Cost control and identification of optimization potentials
Cooperation & Reporting Close cooperation with internal interfaces (HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Security)
Implementation of international corporate policies and standards in the local environment
Creating regular reports for national and international stakeholders
Supporting projects such as location optimizations, reconstructions or workplace initiatives
Complete degree in facility management, real estate management, engineering, construction or comparable qualification
Multiannual professional experience in facility management, ideally in an international business environment
Funded knowledge in the company of rented commercial properties
Very good knowledge of occupational safety, fire protection and legal operator obligations
Experience in contractual, cost and supplier management
Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with FM or CAFM systems
High self-responsibility and structured, solution-oriented operation

Enforcement in handling landlords and service providers
Organizational talent and ability to control multiple locations in parallel
Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
