Degree (Master's or Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or Production Engineering; tilting, technical vocational training with further training as Quality Manager combined with relevant professional experience At least ten years of professional experience in a senior quality assurance role within a demanding industrial environment, ideally in mechanical engineering or drive technology Proven expertise in quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 50001) and quality tools (FMEA, 8D, APQP, PDCA) Strong analytical and methodological skills combined with a systematic, process-oriented approach Confident leadership personality with high credibility, assertiveness, and strong communication skills Fluency in spoken and written English and German is essential; knowledge of French is an advantage
