Project Manager for Construction Projects (m/f/d)

As a project manager (m/w/d) for construction projects, you are responsible for the management of new construction, reconstruction and renovation projects at our locations in the Rhine-Main area. You manage the interdisciplinary project teams and maintain timely cooperation with all the areas involved, e.g. project requester facility management, technology and infrastructure as well as controlling. The detailed determination, monitoring and maintenance of the project goals with a focus on costs, dates and quality are your main tasks. You are professionally responsible for managing authorities to obtain all necessary permits and to fulfill the resulting legal requirements. You take over the selection, commissioning and control of external planning offices, construction companies and service providers. In addition, you will exercise the building function in relation to internal and external stakeholders and return the projects to the organization in due time and including complete documentation.

You have a degree in civil engineering or architecture or a comparable qualification You have at least several years of experience in project management, turnkey construction and/or construction in stock You have advanced knowledge of the standard building regulations (VOB/B+C, HOAI, AHO, CAFM) You work safely with MS Office
