Team Leader Operations Management Automotive Logistics (m/f/d)

You take the team management in the warehouse management stand and make sure everyone knows what to do. You control orders according to urgency, you pack up operatively and keep the flow running. You keep the picking and packaging in mind on the system side – everything runs exactly as it should. You assign material in the system to the correct order picking and packaging areas – precise and error-free. If part numbers or lot sizes do not vote, you will find: report, correct, continue. You follow system-side divisions so that nothing is lost or stuck. And if it's stuck somewhere in the system, you're the one who supports the operatives and finds solutions.

You have a commercial training or bring comparable experience from practice. You know how to steer processes cleanly. First experiences in the leadership of small teams? Perfect – you can lead and motivate people. SAP is not a book with seven seals for you, but a tool that you surely master. You’re flexible, you’re busy, you’re happy to work in the team and bring energy to everyday life. You can speak German in word and writing (min. C1 level); English is a plus, but not a must. With MS Office you are also fit and move in without stumbling.
