Tasks

• Pre- and preparation of food
• goods acceptance and optimal storage
• Preparation - Mise en Place
• Compliance with general procedures/standards
• Compliance with hygiene requirements according to HACCP
• Ordering goods via the goods management system

Qualifications

• Professional experience as a cook or cook or multi-year professional experience in the field
• Engaged use and independent work
• Friendly appearance to guests and colleagues
• Flexibility and loadability
• Team skills
