· Your tasks include the strategic planning and development of the HR strategy and the control of the entire staff management of the RSAG · These include personnel recruitment, personnel administration for shiftwork, personnel development, service and health management in many areas. · The management and further development of the personnel department with two teams and a total of 27 employees is in your responsible hands · You are competent contact persons in all labour, social and collective matters and conduct negotiations with social partners · Work closely and trustfully with the other departments of RSAG, the Works Council, the Disabled Representation and the Management Board · You accompany the transformation process of the organizational structures of the RSAG, actively driving the digitization of the HR processes

· You have successfully completed your studies, preferably in the field of Business Administration or Psychology, with a focus on human resources, or you can demonstrate a long-term relevant professional experience · You have a multiannual and comprehensive professional experience in human resources, ideally in the public sector or in a transport company · In this way, you have practice-proven expertise in collective bargaining and labour law as well as in business constitutional law · A multi-year disciplinary leadership experience in a comparable leadership role can be presented and represent an inclusive and cooperative leadership style · Experiences in accompanying transformation processes and in building and rebuilding organizational units are advantageous · Experiences in cooperation with works councils and committees will bring you, as well as knowledge of German language · You convince through strategic and analytical thinking, high social competence, diplomatic skills, negotiating and enforcement strength, resilience and service orientation and openness for innovations · You can identify yourself well with the region and are willing to transfer your residence to Rostock or to the surrounding area, you should not be located here
