Operating Unit Manager / Branch Manager (m/f/d)

As a branch manager (m/w/d), OMS is responsible for the strategic, organizational and human development of your branch. You lead your team, control the economic development and, together with your team, ensure that our goals are achieved.

In doing so, you will get the design space to drive things forward, improve processes and develop your branch in a sustainable manner. You take over the organizational, strategic and personal management of our Berlin branch and continuously develop it You are responsible for annual budget planning and tax the relevant KPIs You coordinate the cooperation with customers, on-site departments and the OMS headquarters and ensure efficient processes As a leader and role model, you develop and motivate your team and drive the achievement of our goals together

You have an education or study in the economic and/or (electronic) technical field You bring 2 years of experience in employee and/or corporate management You work independently and reliably, you pack yourself up and enjoy developing a branch actively You convince by empathy, readiness and a pronounced communication skills You have a good understanding of figures and know the basic economic context of a company
