As Contract Manager (m/w/d) you take a role within our subsidiary ESOS, which is active in the area of MSP and RPO (Talent Solutions / Outsourced Services) You support sales and ESOS in the design, analysis and negotiation of customer and supplier contracts in the MSP and RPO across the entire end-to-end process Your tasks include the examination of tenders and offers, the creation of NDAs or LOIs, the contract negotiations on the supplier and customer side, as well as regular service In addition, you have legal aspects on the one hand and sales aspects on the other hand, acting as an interface between sales and sales. ESOS and Legal Department and advises colleagues (m/w/d) on the opportunities and risks of the respective business conclusion You are responsible both for the preparation and implementation of contract audits, contract negotiations and contract editorial, as well as for the time monitoring and the collection of all necessary releases within the contractual negotiation process.
