You are our central contact for Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory for internal and external customers from industries such as industry, public sector, services and energy You are responsible for projects around Active Directory, Entra ID (former Azure AD) and certification services such as AD CS Your projects include cross-tenant migrations, the transition from on-prem-AD to Entra ID and the introduction of our zone model to protect Lateral Movement You design, realize and operate complex identity infrastructures – from on-prem to hybrid to cloud In customer workshops, you will provide technical and solution-oriented advice from the design and construction of new AD environments to the transfer of operations In case of disturbances in 2nd and 3rd level support, you are actively involved in the solution finding, especially with more complex Major Incidents You work closely with demand management and support in tendering, resource planning and the design and development of performance certificates

Multiannual practical experience in administration and project work around Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), certificate services and related Microsoft technologies Ideally certifications in the Microsoft environment (e.g. Entra ID, Windows Server) Project experience with direct customer contact – you can safely perform, analyze and translate requirements into technical solutions Know-how in handling PowerShell and other automation tools Support affinity, you have knowledge of ITIL application support and have experience in troubleshooting in 2nd and 3rd level support Very good German language skills (min. B2 level) for the advice of predominantly German-speaking customers and good English skills
