You accompany operations and administration in the design and implementation of LEAN strategies – from idea to successful implementation.

With the help of suitable analysis tools, you can identify optimization potentials, develop practical solutions together with the specialist departments and ensure their sustainable implementation – focusing on shorter throughput times, less waste and standardized processes.

You plan and moderate independently workshops and projects, such as value flow analyses or setup workshops, and bring your know-how specifically.

With your commitment, you actively support continuous improvement in production and administration and make an important contribution to the further development of our business processes.

You will evaluate LEAN activities monthly and analyze deviations to identify targeted optimization potentials.

You have a completed technical or economic studies and brings together several years of well-founded experience in LEAN management – ideally both in production and in administrative areas of a manufacturing company.

LEAN methods and production systems such as KVP, SMED, SFM, 5S, KANBAN, TPM as well as value flow and process analyses are used safely and purposefully.

You have already successfully led projects and moderated workshops as well as change processes – and in doing so brings people as well as processes forward.

You have knowledge of German and speak fluent English – ideal for cooperation in an international environment.
