You support the development, maintenance and development of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) according to the BSI 200-4 standard. To do this, you will accompany the departments in carrying out Business Impact Analyses (BIA), in identifying suitable BC solution options and assist in creating business continuity plans. You plan, organize and test BCM crisis scenarios, including tests and exercises – through targeted refurbishment, you develop appropriate improvement measures together with the departments. In addition, you initiate targeted communication and awareness actions on relevant topics related to BCM. As part of compliance, you are involved in the implementation of regulatory requirements (e.g. BSI, KRITIS, NIS2).

You have a degree in economics, economic informatics or a comparable . You ideally have relevant experience on BCM sites and are familiar or motivated with the common BCM standards (e.g. ISO 22301, BSI 200-4, for example). Advantageously, you have training and certificates in the BCM area and ideally you have gained first experience in building and operating a business continuity management. You are characterized by an independent, structured and targeted way of working as well as proactive communication and a good team capability.
