As a dental administrative assistance (ZMV), you are the first to set up cure and cost plans (HKP/KV) and are the first to contact: for patients and health insurance in case of queries for billing. You have completed a training as a dental medical specialist:r (ZFA) and a further training on dental administration staff:r (ZMV) or you have appropriate professional experience here. You have experience in the billing according to BEMA, GOZ and GOÄ and ideally bring first accounting knowledge to BEB and BEL II. Ideally, you have experience in dealing with the software Solutio Charly. You are interested in further education and training and are striving for continuous personal development.
