Fire Brigade Equipment Supervisor (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility: Ensuring the technical readiness of all firefighting equipment, machinery and equipment Regular verification of the operational safety of the equipment and equipment of the fire brigades according to manufacturer specifications and test principles Operation of the hose care system Planning and implementation of function, load and tightness tests for e.g. pneumatic and hydraulic rescue devices Maintenance, testing and maintenance of fire trucks and equipment Documentation of test evidence and monitoring and compliance of test cycles according to DGUV specifications Coordination and commissioning of external specialist companies in complex repair and maintenance measures Recording and data management of the device and test documents in the software Support for the volunteer equipment maintenance in matters relating to their activities (e.g. annual checks, cleaning, car care, etc.) Implementation of procurement processes and participation in the creation of households in the field of competence

Your profile/ qualifications: Successfully completed three-year vocational training in a craft occupation Fire-fighting training for equipment maintenance or breathing equipment maintenance or the willingness to repeat this as soon as possible Class B and C driving licence Good computer skills, especially safe handling of MS-Office Good knowledge of law and expertise in the above-mentioned tasks and their practical implementation Self-employed, reliable and independent Teamability and Collegality readiness for flexible working hours also outside the regular working time Organisational strength, structured and independent working Communication strength, negotiation skills and safe occurrence High level of reliability and sense of responsibility Joy in taking responsibility Willingness to further and further training
