Financial Accounting Clerk (m/f/d)

Your central task Its main task is to fully examine the existing accounting procedures, to clean existing inconsistencies and residues and to build up a transparent, comprehensible and proper accounting. You independently provide a complete overview of open transactions, missing documents, accounts, payments, receivables, liabilities and accounting procedures. You will then develop and establish binding processes so that all business operations will be processed in full, correct, timely and comprehensible in the future. You take over not only the ongoing tasks, but bear the technical responsibility for the entire field.

Financial accounting & accounting Own management of all financial accounting and accounting Debitor, creditor and property accounts accounting Conting and accounting of all business incidents Invoicing, payment, dunning and cash and account management Account adjustments, cost center accounting and economic evaluations Compilation of monthly accounts, preparation of the annual financial statements and implementation of sales tax forecasts and other tax reports Compilation of all accounting evaluations and documents as well as independent processing of all tax-relevant transactions in the company liquidity planning, budget control and financial reporting for management Construction, optimization and digitization of accounting and accounting processes Personnel & payrollResponsibility and organisation of the entire staff Self-creation of monthly wage and salary bills including all pre- and post-work Care and management of personnel master files and personal files Creation of work contracts, contract changes, certificates, cancellations, terminations and work certificates Management of working hours, holidays, medical reports and time recording Implementation of reporting and certification as well as communication with health insurance funds, social security institutions, financial offices and authorities Recruiting, applicant management and onboarding and offboarding of new employees Ensuring compliance with labour, wage and social insurance legislation Contact person for employees and executives in all personal and charge-relevant questions Organization & Process Management Independent analysis, structuring and optimization of existing processes Establishing efficient workflows and introducing standards and control mechanisms Close cooperation with the management and independent organization of the entire department

Completed commercial training, ideally as a tax specialist, financial or balance-sheet holder, personnel specialist or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in independent financial accounting, payroll accounting and personnel Very good, practice-proven knowledge in DATEV and safe handling of the relevant DATEV applications Very good and well-founded knowledge in accounting, tax law, labour, wage tax and social security law Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel Experience in independent building, structuring and optimising accounting and personnel processes Embossed numerical understanding, analytical thinking and a structured and solution-oriented working method High sense of responsibility, absolute discretion, enforcing ability and independent working Organizational designer with the aim of efficiently shaping processes and taking responsibility for the entire commercial sector
