Working Student Purchasing (m/f/d)

You support the Group Procurement Team in administrative and organizational tasks, for example in contract management and in the processing of purchase-related invoices. You work independently in internal processes, introduce suggestions for improvement and help in their further development. You participate in reporting tasks as well as in supplier audits and assessments, take smaller projects and support the team in project work. In addition, check order requirements, evaluate statistics and analyse core ranges. The creation of satisfaction surveys for our suppliers, the support in complaint management and the maintenance of data in the e-procurement system are also part of your task.

You are a enrolled student, ideally in an economic science course or a comparable subject area. First practical experience, e.g. through internships or working student activities, are of advantage, but no need. You are sure to go with MS Office and have very good German and good English skills. A structured, reliable and self-responsible way of working distinguishes you. You convince by your communicative way, team spirit and a high quality orientation and accuracy.
