Process manager for overarching processes (m/f/d)

In your function as a process manager*in you take a central role in the introduction and further development of the process management in the Landesverein. You actively shape transparent structures, clear responsibilities and efficient processes and help to develop cooperation and working methods in a sustainable manner. In doing so, you control topics of process management professionally, secure uniform standards and accompany executives as well as departments on the way to a more process-oriented organization. The aim is to strengthen leaders in their role as a change leader and to actively shape the transformation towards modern and sustainable working methods. You accompany and develop our process coaches professionally and promote a uniform understanding of quality in the central process management. You analyze and optimize processes, shape future-oriented target processes and develop our process landscape continuously together with quality management and organizational development. You advise specialist areas in the analysis, optimization and sustainable anchoring of efficient processes and accompany their integration into CVP and quality management structures. You accompany change measures, drive their successful implementation together with the departments and work closely with the Executive Board. Within the framework of the ESF-funded project “With backwind process-oriented into a new working world”, You actively contribute to the process-oriented cultural transformation and accompany the implementation of the defined goals, measures and milestones. You moderate workshops, promote cross-departmental exchange and create transparency about progress, challenges and potentials. You design training and empower executives as well as process managers in handling process management methods and tools. You take co-responsibility for the administration of modeling and publishing software and ensure the methodological and semantic quality of BPMN-2.0 processes until publication. You continuously develop our process landscape and the BPM concept together with the BPM/ZPM line. You regularly report to BPM/ZPM on progress, risks and effectiveness of our process management initiatives.

You have completed their studies in the field of business management, organisational management or comparable qualifications. In addition, you will bring multi-year experience in process management – ideally complemented by project management experience. Experiences in healthcare, in the social economy or in transformation-focused organisations are beneficial. In addition to your technical expertise, you are characterized in particular by an appreciation of communication, a safe occurrence and the ability to take people in change processes and constructively combine different interests. Also bring: Funded knowledge in process management, BPMN 2.0 and in the analysis and optimization of processes Experience in handling modeling and publishing software such as e.g. Signavio, ARIS, ADONIS, Camunda or similar tools Experience in the design and implementation of training, workshops and skills formats Knowledge in project management, in particular in the planning, prioritization and maintenance of work packages and time rails Experience in the technical guidance, development and control of employees or process participants Impressed communication and moderation skills as well as the ability to combine different perspectives in an appreciation and to develop sustainable solutions Empathy, readiness to change and a good sense of different perspectives and organisational change Analytical, process-oriented and economic thinking as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working A high level of reliability, quality awareness and organisational ability
