Your duties

• Monitor buildings in your property
• Repair and repair of minor disturbances, e.g. in the area of sanitary facilities or by changing bulbs
• Technical inspections
• Coordination and support of foreign companies in your property
• Ensuring the cleanliness of objects including the outdoor facilities
• Elevator for passenger and cargo elevators
• Monitor the proper waste disposal according to TRGS 520 No 5.4
• First contact for the customer and the tenants in your property

Your property is located at MTU Maintenance Berlin-Brandenburg GmbH - Ludwigsfelde

This will inspire us

• Complete technical training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning, mechatronics or in a comparable craftsmanship
• Experience in facility management or technical building equipment (TGA) of advantage
• Craft skills and commitment
• High customer, service and solution orientation
• Embossed communication skills and team orientation
• PWK guide note desirable
