As part of the project management of fire protection, you are part of the department “Infrastructure Projects”. This department is responsible, among other things, for the coordination, control, planning and implementation of necessary fire protection and reconstruction projects in all buildings and stations of the VGF. One of the oldest and largest stations is the main station (built in 1968). This is to be extensively technically and energetically renovated within the framework of a large project. In addition, a restructuring and optical evaluation of the distribution plane is planned. There are numerous internal and external interfaces that need to be taken into account when building in stock and under continuous operation. You take over the coordinating subproject management fire protection in the main project The management and coordination of fire safety experts (creators:inside and examiners:inside) fall within your responsibility. You coordinate the votes on the fire protection concept and all building-time fire protection concepts with authorities, fire protection experts and other stakeholders You check the planning and tendering of all plants and interfaces with regard to fire protection issues Your responsibility is to monitor compliance with fire protection in the field of operating systems during all intermediate construction conditions (constructions in operation) You take over communication with our internal customers, stakeholders and authorities

You have at least 8 years of professional experience as an architect:in or engineer:in the field of fire protection – ideally as fire protection expert:r You can refer to successfully completed fire protection projects or refurbishments with a volume of 5 million. Euros, in particular in the field of ‘stock and under-farm’ You bring strong communication, enforcement and motivation You have deeper knowledge of relevant standards and laws, such as HOAI, VOB, HBO and DIN You control all common computer tools, especially MS Office and MS Project You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing You bring team spirit, customer orientation and an independent, committed and responsible way of working with
