• Maintenance of a life-shaping of our residents as independent as possible: internally by activating care, including the current standards of care science
• Leading care documentation and active cooperation in quality assurance measures and their further development

Your qualification:

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification

• Compassion and joy in dealing with elderly, needy people
• Reliability, sense of responsibility and communication joy
• Team and communication skills
