Training on the job – Change between practice, theoretical teaching units, specialist training and learning units in the Skills laboratory Regular feedback and development talks During the entire duration and at the respective stations accompaniment by experienced mentors and step-by-step guidance to the self-responsibility of intensive care patients Optimum preparation for intensive care and anesthesia care After completion of the program free workplace choice in your preferred intensive care unit

Completed vocational training in nursing and/or Bachelor in Science of Nursing Professional starters, re-entry after break, professional experience without intensive experience Joy in communication, empathy and an open and friendly way Joy in working in the team and changing situation and high responsibility for our patients
