A successfully completed technical degree or comparable qualification, ideally in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or supply chain management Several years of professional experience in after-sales, service, technical customer support, spare parts management, or maintenance at a manufacturing company In-depth knowledge of inventory management, spare parts processes, and the use of relevant inventory and ERP systems Experience leading technical service units as well as in professional customer and complaint management Strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and high implementation capability A strong communicator with a structured approach, leadership skills, a hands-on mentality, negotiation skills, and the confidence to operate in an international environment Very good English skills and a willingness to travel
