Your tasks Exciting everyday life: As a solid part of our HR team, you handle all the administrative personnel issues that arise. The responsibility for all personnel-relevant documents – from the creation of contracts and certificates to the exit documents and certificates – is in your hands. Figures, data, facts: Reliablely, you are planning the time management system as well as the personal data in SAP HCM. Organizational institution: The entire planning of pension entrances and our company doctor is coordinated by you. Reliability: For executives and employees, you are the central point of contact in all personal matters.

You have a completed training, ideally in the commercial area, and already brings practical experience from the staff office with You're trying to educate yourself in labour, social and collective law and bring your knowledge to the next level. First knowledge in Google Workspace as well as ideally in SAP HCM and time management systems - we gladly teach you the lack of know-how directly in practice. You convince by a high degree of self-responsibility, care and reliability. An absolutely discreet and confidential handling of personal data is obvious to you.
