Office Manager / Staff Reception (m/f/d)

As the first face of the Interhyp Group, you form the reception of our customers as well as external service providers friendly and personally within the opening hours until 17:30. You are responsible for organizational and administrative tasks, such as the pre- and post-processing of our meeting rooms including catering orders, access management and the organisation of first-aid and fire protection trainings. You ensure a smooth office run for our employees (including the order of office material and the management of parking). You support your colleagues in the daily routine tasks.

Completed commercial training in the service-oriented commercial area or in the hotel industry as well as first professional experience in a comparable position. Good knowledge of popular MS Office applications. Independent and solution-oriented mode of operation, communication strength, organizational talent, fun in dealing with people and a high service and service orientation.
