In the Integrity Program & IL Training department, we use our knowledge that integrity is permanently anchored in the company. Our goal is to contribute to the risk reduction and the increase in reputation in our company through a common understanding of integrity. Together with internal stakeholders, colleagues from different business units or interface departments, we develop team-oriented solutions that promote a culture of integrity in Mercedes. The following tasks and topics are available in your internship period: Support and support for national and international initiatives and projects on integrity activities:

Cooperation and support in project management of national and international project groups

Cooperation in the practical implementation of instruments for measuring integrity

Development of creative integrity products/formats (e.g. gamification) together with colleagues from various business units of the comprehensive integrity network

Cooperation in the design, design and implementation of communication measures within the framework of initiatives, both digitally and analogously, in the national and international context

Participation in the organisation and implementation of internal meetings, workshops, as well as the preparation of presentation documents for the Integrity Network, bodies, etc.

The activity can begin from April 2026.

You are currently studying Business Ethics, Communications, Psychology, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Sustainability Management or a comparable degree course

You bring your very good knowledge of English as part of international cooperation

You are familiar with the application of MS Office (teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)

You can quickly work into a variety of digital platforms (project management, databases) and have the pleasure to help shape them.

You work structured and transparent especially in cooperation with colleagues and stakeholders

The introduction of new ideas and concepts that we can incorporate into our integrity activities gives you joy

You are characterized by a quick understanding, very good communicative skills, an independent working and team-ability?
