As a 'referent for company management in the area of network operation (m/w/d)' in the new department ''Grid Field Operations Germany - Business Orientation & Administration' (GFG-BA), you are responsible for two core tasks: providing central work guidelines for our operating unit as well as for the structured maintenance of the perception of our operator responsibility. Possible places of adjustment are teachings/audits or Bayreuth. You define the necessary framework for a legally secure operator organization and ensure the transparent continuation of compliance in various areas by a legal disaster. You create, manage and monitor organizational rules so that our employees can best orient themselves (e.g. interface documentation, process instructions, etc.). You work closely with internal and external stakeholders, find pragmatic solutions and regularly tune to learn from each other. You actively contribute to promoting and promoting a proactive security culture within the operational unit. You help implement continuous improvements in compliance and organization.

You have a university degree in industrial engineering, legal engineering or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have experiences in the environment of network operators. You have strong analytical skills to quickly explore and give orientation to professional subjects. You work closely with your stakeholders and find pragmatic solutions and concepts. You are happy to translate complex and multi-layered specifications and thus give our unit transparency and orientation. A class B driver's license and the willingness to travel occasionally round off your profile.
