• With your nursing exam or equivalent degree, you bring the basis that is required for our use as a nursing professional. • You bring German knowledge at least on B2 level – for care documentation, handovers and clear communication. • For stationary operations, you need safe handling of home routines, transfer processes and coordination in the living area – even in changing situations. • You communicate clearly, respectfully and openly — with patients: both inside and with teams, relatives and furnishings. • Liability for confirmed revenues and agreed service hours
