Then you will definitely be interested in a challenging leadership task as Head of Accounting & Treasury (w/m/d) Head of Financial Accounting & Treasury (w/m/d) After successfully completing your business studies with the focus on finance or commercial training, you have already gained several years of leadership experience in financial accounting – mainly in internationally operating companies with some subsidiaries. Either you are in a comparable position today in a medium-sized company or you act in the second line as a group manager (m/w/d) with professional and disciplinary responsibility for some employees in a large company and want to reach your next career level.

Professional and disciplinary responsibility for more than 15 employees including team leaders:inside, continuous development and coaching of all team members as well as continuous optimization of the department in professional and organizational terms Total responsibility for financial accounting, including professional management of the financial statements according to HGB; direct reporting level at CFO Total operational responsibility for treasury (liquid planning, cash management, financing, currency and interest management) Ensuring the legal and compliance-compliant settlement of all business incidents and corresponding financial reporting Continuous optimization, digitization and further development of financial accounting processes, in particular in the SAP S/4 HANA environment Monitoring the determination and documentation of intra-company settlement prices (transfer pricing) Development and monitoring of the internal control system (IKS) overarching responsibility for the administrative supervision of foreign companies in financial, accounting and tax matters; Establishments of companies Creation of decision bases and reports for management and advisory Central contact person for auditors, tax advisors and banks

Implementation-oriented pragmatic leadership with high social competence and very good communication skills Self-employed, proactive, solution- and team-oriented mode of operation / Hands-on-Mentality Their action is characterized by a structured process and target orientation as well as a high sense of responsibility and cost Funded know-how in the area of treasury and practical knowledge in transfer pricing Financial security according to HGB and good knowledge of international accounting Experiences in digitalization and process optimization in financial accounting High understanding of compliance requirements and a modern internal control system SAP S/4 HANA application knowledge would be advantageous, but are not a condition German and very good English knowledge in word and writing
