Control, audit and release of invoices, credits and bills to national and international business partners – including ensuring compliance with relevant accounting requirements Maintenance and updating of prices, conditions and billing parameters in the systems in close coordination with purchasing, sales and other interface areas Ensuring the correct mapping of product and performance flows in the systems, including balancing of quantity and value differences with adjacent compartments (e.g. warehouse, logistics, production) Monitoring the debitor accounts with regard to differences, deductions and complaints as well as initiation and monitoring of the clarification processes with internal and external contact persons Professional and disciplinary leadership of a small team as well as continuous optimization of processes, interfaces and system usage with a clear focus on efficiency and quality

Closed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman/wife, wholesale and foreign trade businessman/wife, etc.) or an economic study Multiannual experience in accounting, accounting or in the commercial order/goods sector of an industrial company; safe handling of invoices, credits, prices and open items First experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of a small team or clear willingness to assume such responsibility Routinized in handling ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel); Joy of structured data, evaluations and improvement of existing processes Very careful, reliable and solution-oriented mode of operation with a pronounced view for numbers, details and interfaces – combined with high-throughput and value-assurance communication
