Project Manager Integrated Logistic Support (m/f/d)

CONDOK's range of services includes system development and services as part of the Integrated Logistic Support. These include technical documentation, product and operational safety, logistical support for products and systems and software development for logistical data management. As a system house CONDOK develops and implements equipment and conversion measures in cabins and vehicles and performs repair services.

At the locations Kiel, Hamburg and Koblenz we support projects for the Bundeswehr and the civil industry. With our technical and logistical solutions for military and civil systems, we make a valuable contribution to ensuring the material commitment.

Project management: You plan, coordinate, monitor and manage cross-departmental projects in the military environment. Responsibility and compliance with project objectives: You bear the overall responsibility for meeting deadline, cost and quality targets. Contact person*in: You communicate with customers as well as with your stakeholders and present the work results. Development Project Team: With your communication strength and your organizational talent, you conduct, coordinate, moderate and develop your project team in a targeted manner. Concept development: By creating project-specific concepts, you contribute to the development of your project and department. Support sales: You support sales in the acquisition, offering and negotiation.

Successfully completed economic/technical studies or a comparable qualification PM certification after/comparable IPMA Level D or higher Found experience in project management and project management methods Extensive knowledge in request management Analytical, solution-oriented thinking and action as well as independent, structured and professional work Leadership, enforcement and communication skills as well as the readiness to travel Not obligatory, but quite desirable Experience in the Bundeswehrumfeld as a former member of the time/occupational soldierin or employeein in the engineering industry
