Technical support: You support our company-owned software solutions in the healthcare sector – remotely and directly at the local customer Installation and Configuration: You can use our products on customer systems (on-premise and virtual) Care and development: Take care of our server infrastructures based on RedHat, CentOS and VMware as well as databases such as Sybase, PostgreSQL and Oracle Operation and maintenance: You are responsible for Middleware systems (including Wildfly, Hadoop) and for managing Kubernetes environments with Kubermatic Documentation: You are working on documentation of all relevant processes, configurations and support cases according to internal standard Internal IT support: You are responsible for the support and further development of our internal infrastructure and systems in data center operation

DEIN PROFIL Your educational path: You have completed university studies or comparable IT training Professional experience: You have already worked in a comparable position and have profound knowledge in technical support, ideally in the 1st and 2nd level support of complex IT systems Knowledge: You have experience in the administration of databases (Sybase, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and have good knowledge in Linux servers (RedHat, CentOS) as well as in dealing with virtualization (VMware) Experience with Middleware and Container Technologies: Wildfly, Hadoop, Kubernetes, Kubermatic are well known to you Working methods: You work independently and structured with high customer and service orientation Language skills: You have very good German knowledge in word and writing (at least C1 level)
