You take over the overall responsibility for national and international projects and always keeps in mind goals, dates, costs, quality and resources With your strong technical understanding, you understand complex relationships, ask the right questions and make sure that technical requirements and project objectives fit together You develop project structure and schedules as well as time and budget planning, control their implementation, and initiate countermeasures in case of deviations You coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and sub-projects, bring the relevant stakeholders together to ensure clear responsibilities and smooth flow of information You are constantly looking at project risks and relevant key figures and use them as a basis for sound decisions and an active project controlling As an internal consultant, you support specialist areas and stakeholders in project-related issues, develop solutions and introduce your experience to optimize processes and project processes You prepare reports, decision bases and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, coordinate project-related meetings and document key project results. Analysing project processes with a view to improvement potentials and continuously developing the project work through 'Lessons Learned'' Working with internal departments as well as external partners and suppliers is part of everyday life

Complete studies or comparable training, ideally in food technology, technical or economic fields Multiannual experience in project management, ideal in the beverage, food or process industry Very good technical understanding and the ability to quickly capture complex technical relationships and to classify them in the overall context of a project Experience in managing interdisciplinary projects and teams as well as coordinating different stakeholders Analytical thinking capacity as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner You think entrepreneurial, keep an overview of complex projects and can combine different interests into sustainable solutions Communication & organizational strength, flexibility and problem solving skills complete your profile Experience in consulting, process optimization or in an internal consulting function is advantageous Readiness to travel about 25% to our company locations Very good knowledge of German and English Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
