Project support: Active participation in large-scale recruiting ramp-up for predominantly Blue-Collar employees in e-commerce. Channel selection and management: Self-creating, switching and managing job advertisements on relevant job portals and social media channels in coordination with the employer branding and external partners. Applicant management: implementation of pre-selection and initial contact as well as efficient coordination of applicant days and interviews. Data management: Careful care and updating of all applicant data in the applicant management system.
