Project Manager Electrical Engineering / Technical Building Services (m/f/d)

In this position you play a responsible role in different construction and modernization projects. You accompany electrotechnical projects from planning to execution to successful completion You coordinate and monitor the implementation of electrotechnical services at the construction site You will examine technical documentation, planning and tender documents for completeness, quality and feasibility You keep an eye on dates, performance quality and technical requirements You carry out regular construction site visits and quality controls and document the results digitally Recognised deficiencies, coordinate their processing and ensure sustainable removal You agree closely with internal departments, external planners, exporting companies and other project participants For technical questions, you are a competent contact person and provide solution-oriented communication You support technical documentation and ensure a smooth flow of information within the projects

You bring expertise and are delighted to drive technical projects on their own. (m/w/d) Elektrotechnik (m/w/d) or a completed study of electrical engineering a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in the planning, construction management, project processing or construction of electrical installations Ideal experience in technical building equipment or construction Good knowledge of technical and organizational processes in the construction project A good understanding of construction processes, tenders and economic relationships Safe appearance and the ability to bring together different project participants and to communicate technical topics clearly Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Team spirit, commitment and a high level of responsibility Safe handling of MS Office; Knowledge of SAP is advantageous Very good German knowledge in word and writing, at least C1 Class B driving licence
