As a speaker:in the board office & committee management, you support our board office and actively collaborate with the central bodies of the Bayernwerk: You accompany and organize the meetings of the Supervisory Board, Advisory Board, Executive Board and other bodies as well as special appointments of the Executive Board and, together with the colleagues of the Executive Board, take part in their preparation and follow-up. You will first and review relevant session documents and will be responsible for the organisational and commercial preparation of internal and external dates. You will process inquiries from internal and external stakeholders:inside and the shareholders:inside. You are voting on cross-disciplinary issues with the professionally involved organisational units, for example in the context of budget planning. You support projects, special tasks and ad hoc requests. Together with the team, you are driving forward the improvement and digitization of the processes in the board area - including the use of artificial intelligence.
