Own and proactive support and advice of employees in all personal matters Responsibility of all HR processes from entry to exit: monitoring of created employment contracts, contract changes, certificates Processing of job assessments, groupings and disciplinary measures Acquisition of a specialist function in personal care (e.g. WissZeitVG, International staff, pension) and the associated creation of management guidelines and advice of team members Continuous optimization and digitization of operational HR processes Ensuring a trusted and constructive cooperation with staff representatives

Graduate degree ideally with a focus on staff or a commercial training with further training as a specialist (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in comparable positions Solution-oriented working style paired with a hands-on mentality High sense of responsibility and service orientation Good knowledge of labour, tax and social security law Safe handling of popular MS Office products, SAP HCM knowledge of advantage
