PMO / Portfolio Management Officer (all) part-time (60-80%)

You take responsibility: you are responsible for the planning and control of the project portfolio of our factory in Bad Kreuznach. In this way, you tax the distribution of project budgets and allow the implementation of projects in the factory in the long term. You perform a variety of tasks: In plant accounting, you monitor and control the asset including depreciation to ensure transparent and efficient management. In addition, the preparation and coordination of the project milestones are your responsibility. You support the project management in compliance with the main financial indicators of the projects. You are an important interface: to ensure a smooth budget management of the current year, you work closely with the executives, project managers, the technical office and the master teams on site as well as with the headquarters. The creation and continuous adaptation of the five-year plan is also in your hand.

You have a higher education degree or a comparable qualification. You bring first professional experience in the production environment in project management. You master the Microsoft Office programs and bring advanced knowledge in Excel. You like to work analytically, are conscientious and flexible. You communicate effectively, show strong own initiative and like to work in the team. You control secure communication (word and writing) in German (C2) and English (B2) or French (B2). Your continuous development is important to you and you like to learn about it.
