Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Responsibility as a waste manager according to KrWG and BImSchG
• Control of waste management and communication with disposers/authorities
• Creation and maintenance of waste balances and documentation
• Analysis and optimization of energy consumption
• Participation in energy management according to ISO 50001
• Implementation of energy efficiency measures
• Implementation of environmental and energy audits
• Training of employees on environmental and energy issues

Your qualifications:

How to convince us

• Complete studies in environmental engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering or comparable
• Professional experience in the chemical industry
• Knowledge of waste and energy law
• Experience with environmental and energy management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 50001)
• Very good German and good English skills
• Secure handling of MS Office, ideally SAP S/4HANA
