Claims dealers in the field of private property and liability insurance (m/f/d)

You'll deal with damages from the first damage report to the conclusion, together with the risk carrier. You check cover issues with insurance policies and relevant legal frameworks. You are the central interface: you communicate with insurance companies, brokers, experts, lawyers and the risk carrier. You take information acquisition, factual clarification and coordination with the parties taking into account individual agreements and specifications.

You have completed a professional training, ideally in the area of insurance with a focus on private property and liability insurance or a legal or economic studies Ideally, you have well-founded knowledge of relationships and processes in the field of insurance-technical damage processing Ideally, you have at least 3 years of professional experience in occupational insurance matters Your strong communication skills and your negotiation skills are among your strengths You work independently, structured and responsible You bring good knowledge to MS Office and ideally experience with damage management systems
