You will work with you in the process of sampling and all analyses from the receipt of goods to the finished product and will support you in projects in the field of technology. You ensure smooth operations – You support operational control and the preparation and execution of tastings. You take responsibility – you conduct independent analyses after incorporation into the microbiological and chemical-technical examination procedures of our laboratory.

Your training – You are in an advanced study of the disciplines Brewery and Beverage technology or food technology or chemistry or a comparable relevant field. Your experience – ideally you bring first practical experience with laboratory data management systems or in practical laboratory work, e.g. from completed internships. Your personality – you are characterized by a structured and precise way of working and a high sense of responsibility. Your know-how – In addition to an enthusiasm for the beverage industry and microbiology, you also bring good user knowledge to the current MS Office programs.
