You guide and coordinate the holistic tax support and advice of foreign private equity funds and their domestic investors. This includes, in particular, the management and coordination of the separate and uniform statement of findings to be drawn up for the Funds. You conduct consulting projects on cross-border (environmental) structuring, external tax law and DBA tax law with foreign private equity funds. You manage ongoing audits and remedies. You support and support the professional and personal development of your team.

You have a degree in law, economic or financial sciences, for example, and you have completed tax consultant exams. Ideally, you have experience in international tax consulting, external tax law and the taxation of private companies. You have a very good communication skills in German and English. You are confident with the current MS Office applications and are open to new tools. DATEV knowledge is desirable. You think analytic and networked, work structured and independent and draw yourself as a team player.
